Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final, and payments are non-refundable. Prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees  and are applicable only within India.

Due to the premium quality of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

Reasons for Eligible Returns:

1. Missing some parts/products
2. Different product received
3. Damaged products received

Terms and Conditions for a Valid Return:

1. All labels must be intact.
2. The product should not be used.
3. The product should not be damaged.

Return method:  By Courier

Return Duration:

We have a 15-days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Procedure for Return:

If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged, please submit an uncut video of the parcel opening as proof of the issue. This video must clearly show the product and packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original method of payment within 7 business days.
